Education Blog Site Goes Live!

Editor Greg Michaels announced today that www.k12educationmatters.org is now live. The site is a blog site, but has hundreds of links that will help a teacher or administrator go almost anywhere of interest to an education professional with just one click.

For example, there are links to author blogs and websites, cool websites, popular teacher blogs, national professional organization websites, state chapter websites of the International Reading Association and NCTE, state Department of Education websites, and public school district websites. There are also links to the education pages of the New York Times, Washington Post, and Huffington Post- as well as links to education-oriented journals and magazines.

Michaels further stated that the site features original content posts and video interviews of education trend setters such as Richard L. Allington, Pam Allyn, Richard Gentry and others.
